FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything you need to know before you order. Still unsure? Just WhatsApp us.

How fast can you really print my order?
Most single items are ready in about 30 minutes once your design is confirmed. Large or bulk orders may take a little longer — we'll always tell you the exact timing on WhatsApp before you commit.
What file should I send for the best print?
A high-resolution PNG or JPG works great. The bigger and clearer the image, the sharper the print. Got only a rough idea or a logo? Send it over and we'll help clean it up.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes — teams, events and businesses get better per-piece pricing the more you order. Message us with the quantity and product and we'll send a custom quote right away.
Can I get it delivered instead of picking it up?
Absolutely. We offer same-day home delivery in serviceable areas — just share your pincode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability and any delivery fee.
How do I pay?
Pay on pickup at the shop, or via UPI/online for delivery orders. We'll confirm the total with you on WhatsApp before anything is printed — no surprises.
Will the print last through washing and daily use?
Yes. We use premium, long-lasting prints built to survive washes, sunlight and everyday handling — apparel, mugs, bottles and all.
